• •WiFi setup and smart home integration

3. Service Availability

Our services are available in Metro Vancouver and select areas of British Columbia. Service availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse service in any area.

4. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided upon request or during service booking. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is typically required upon service completion unless other arrangements have been made.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Emergency service calls may have different cancellation policies.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not warrant that all services will meet all of your requirements or that service will be uninterrupted.

Thermostat manufacturers' warranties apply to equipment. We are not responsible for defects in manufacturing or product failures outside of our installation and configuration services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HVACThermostat.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services or website.

8. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:
